  • Authentication Information: Secure tokens used to keep you logged in to the service.
  • User Activity: Timer logs, project names, and interactions within the app to generate reports and track time correctly.

2. Chrome Extension Policy

Our Chrome Extension follows the Limited Use policy:

  • The extension only accesses https://track.perminut.com to sync your timer.
  • We do not collect or monitor your browsing history, cookies from other sites, or any data outside of the Perminut ecosystem.
  • Permissions requested (like host access) are strictly used to embed the timer dashboard for your convenience.

3. Data Usage & Security

Your data is used solely to:

  • Provide and maintain the time tracking service.
  • Send automated Slack alerts (if configured by you).
  • Generate audit logs for your organization's administrators.

We use industry-standard encryption and multi-tenant isolation to ensure your data stays separate and secure.

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except for:

  • Google OAuth for secure authentication.
  • Slack (only if you explicitly connect a Webhook for notifications).
